The ID states that Ivan Anitsoy is entitled to all privileges instituted for WW2 veterans by the laws of the Soviet Union and Soviet republics. The ID is valid for one year; the ink stamps on the right-side page specify the railroad stations between which Cmde. Anitsoy is allowed free or discounted transportation.

In very good to excellent condition. The paper is slightly wrinkled and a bit frayed along the edges but all the entries - printed, stamped and handwritten - are crisp, clear and perfectly legible.
