Single page 7 ½" x 11", front and verso. Regiment commander Lt. Col. Nosov whose hand signature is at the bottom, describes Zolotaryov as a warrior truly worthy of all his decorations, of which there is an impressive list: Order of Alexander Nevsky, Order of the Patriotic War, Order of the Red Star, and Medal for Defense of Leningrad. The evaluation is approved by the 131st Division Artillery Commander on Page Two.

In very good to excellent condition, slight wear to the top and bottom edge, not reaching the text. The paper is mildly and evenly age-toned.
