Lenin in Razliv, Table Medal from Lenin's Life and Actions series by M. Manizer, Leningrad Mint, 1963.

In solid bronze, measuring 70 mm wide, 5.2 mm thick between the highest points on either side, and weighing 136 g. Manufactured at the Leningrad Mint. The medal was issued in 1963, a little over 1970 pieces struck, a rather low number. The artwork by M. Manizer commemorates Lenin's short period in hiding in a straw hut after the Provisional Government issued an order for his arrest as a German spy in the summer of 1917.

The obverse presents Lenin standing tall, deep in thought, probably contemplating his work The State and Revolution which he wrote in 1917. The name of this book runs along the top part of the obverse. The phrase "In Razliv" is at the very bottom. The sculptor's name, M. Manizer (М. Манизер) is seen in relief "at ground level" on the left side.

The reverse features the year of the October Revolution, 1917, three banners held by strong workers' hands, and the Bolsheviks' slogan "All power to the Soviets!" underneath.

In excellent condition, no significant wear or damage of any kind visible to the naked eye. An occasional tiny spot of verdigris can be seen in recessed areas at magnification.
