Small booklet format with soft cover. The wording on the cover reads "Identification Document of civilian personnel of the Red Army". The first page inside features the employee's ID photo, the hand signature of the commander of Military Unit 01769 and the unit's seal. The next page states that Ekaterina Karbovnik serves at the Military Unit 01769 as a "master", her date of birth (7 Jan. 1922) and place of birth (the city of Lvov, western Ukraine). Karbovnik's hand signature on the next page is certified by the commander of MU 01769 and bears the unit's seal.

In very good condition. The soft cover and thin paper did little to preserve the spine, which shows separations above and below the binding staple. However, the staple is holding the document together very well. The ID photo was professionally made, is of very good quality and in excellent condition. The printed and handwritten text, signatures and seals are clear and perfectly legible.
