Shows stamp of the Military Commissariat of the town of Rykshany, Moldavian SSR and hand-signed by Lt, Col. Gerkaviy, Military Commissar of the district. Note the uncommonly late date of issue: the document was issued with a so-called "Voenkomat" (military commissariat) medal belatedly awarded long after the war.

The document is in excellent condition. It is completely free of stains or other damage, beautifully crisp, and shows only very mild age toning, no stains. There are some creases at the corners, not detractive. This certificate can be a perfect companion to a Variation 3 Medal for the Liberation of Warsaw,
