In very good to excellent condition. The edges are a little frayed, not reaching the text. The title page shows considerable but even discoloration, most likely due to lengthy exposure to light. The ink of Gubenko's name on the title page is faded accordingly but is still quite clear and legible. Inside, all the printed and handwritten text, and the seal are bright and easy to read.
