Raised Cyrillic maker mark П ("P") to the reverse. Featuring a white enamel in the lower portion, this is one of the two major variants of this officially authorized badge (the other one has blue enamel.)

Excellent condition. The enamel is essentially perfect, having only some minuscule contact marks, no chips or flaking. The portraits of Lenin and Stalin are exceptionally well-preserved and crisp; the original fire gilt finish is still intact and bright on both sides of the badge. The attachment pin is fully functional.
