The photo presents a view on the river Smotrich in the Ukrainian city of Kamenets-Podolskiy. The back is undivided, the printed verbiage is in Ukrainian. The photographer's name, V. Kotetskiy, is printed in the bottom right-hand corner.

Kamenets-Podolskiy is one of the oldest cities in modern Ukraine, founded in the XI-XII centuries, a significant econonomic, educational, cultural and tourist center with picturesque topography and many historical and architectural landmarks.
