Real Photo Postcard with a View on the Cathedral of Annunciation, Moscow Kremlin, 1955.
The size is continental 6" x 4", postally unused and unmarked. Published by IZOGIZ, circulation 100,000 copies.
The b/w photo presents a view on the Cathedral of Annunciation. Built in 1484-1489, this cathedral is a major part of the architectural ensemble of the Cathedral Square in the Moscow Kremlin. The caption in the lower left-hand corner is in two languages, Russian and English.
In very good to excellent condition. The emulsion is pristine. At vey close inspection, two long-since-flattened-out creases can be observed, but they are obvious on the verso and all but invisible on the obverse. Minimal corner bumps complete the list of wear. The verso is clean, showing just mild age toning to the paper.
