In excellent condition. The enamel is perfect, free of any wear visible even under a 10x magnification. The USSR national emblem is practically pristine; its original gold plating is completely intact and bright. The screw post is full length, well over 9 mm measured from the retaining nut, and comes with an original mint-marked screw plate.
