Nickel-plated brass, cold enamels; measures 13.2 mm in height x 80.4 mm in width. The reverse shows a raised logo of the Pobeda Factory in Moscow (Cyrillic "P" in hexagon). Well-made piece of sturdy construction.

Excellent condition. The enamels are perfect; the nickel finish is nicely preserved showing only mild tarnish near the tips of the wings, no significant wear. The screw post is full length, nearly 13 mm, and includes the original screw plate in nickel-plated steel with the Pobeda Factory logo.
