Brass, enamels; 31.9 mm tall, 27.6 mm wide. Very attractive badge of superb quality.

In excellent condition. The enamel is perfect (what may appear as a tiny chip at the top of the red star is in fact an unfilled area, not a result of damage). The nickel plating in the center and gilt finish on the rest of the badge are pristine and bright. The screw post is full length, over 10 mm. The screw plate marked "USSR Artistic Fund Factory" is of the period, fits perfectly and probably original to the badge.
