Hand-signed and dated in red pencil by Major General Kuznetsov, Commander of the MGB (Ministry of State Security) Internal Army in Germany. The green ink stamp is very faint and illegible.

The document is in fair to good condition. The cover shows wear and minor amount of staining. Backing tape applied to the spine to keep pages from separating. The interior shows only minor spots and normal age toning; the hand-written entries are completely legible.
