The pendant is 36.5 mm tall incl. eyelet x 27.9 mm wide. The reverse of the suspension shows logo of an unknown Soviet factory. The expedition was a continuous effort aimed primarily at discovery of natural gas (and later, oil) deposits in the far north of Krasnoyarsk Territory. The badge was probably issued exclusively to participants of the effort.
