Aluminum, paint, lacquer; the medallion measures approx. 40 mm in height (including the eyelet), 37 mm wide. The inscription reads "208th Stanislav Ground Attack Aviation Regiment." The city name "Stanislav" signifies where the regiment distinguished itself in combat, which was added to its name as an honorary title. The suspension shows an Order of Suvorov and an Order of Kutuzov, which were awarded to the unit. The reverse of the medallion shows a soviet style maker mark of the Moscow Victory Factory of the City Executive Committee. The badge is in excellent condition.
