Badge Commemorating the 45th Anniversary of Victory, Issued to a Veteran in the 9th Guards Army in 1990.

Aluminum, paint, lacquer. Medallion measures 40 mm tall (including the eyelet) x 37 mm wide. The inscriptions read "45th Anniversary of Victory," and "Veteran of the 9th Guards Army." There is a maker mark shown on the reverse of the suspension.

The badge is in excellent condition, with nicely preserved paint and finish. The pin attachment is intact and fully functional.
