Excellent condition. Comes with original screw plate marked "Pobeda Factory, Moscow."

This version of the badge was produced only once in a single series by Pobeda Factory. Its screw back attachment and comparatively nice quality makes it different from all the aluminum badges manufactured in the later years. This variation is quite scarce compared even with the earlier badges in brass and enamels.
