Brass, enamels; 50.1 x 28.0 mm. Two-piece construction: the anchor with large Soviet emblem is a separate, superimposed part. The inscription in red stripe near the bottom is the abbreviated name school КРУ ("KRU"). The letters МРФ near the top stand for Ministry for River Fleet. Very well made and attractive piece.

In excellent condition. The enamel and details are prefect. Very attractive, even patina to brass on both the obverse and reverse. The screw post measures approx. 6.5 mm, probably slightly reduced but fully functional. Original screw plate is included.
