Brass, enamels; 35.4 x 26.8 mm.

In very fine condition. There is a single tiny chip to the red enamel in the upper left corner of the flag and a couple of hairline fractures in the same area. The red enamel is intact otherwise and has nice luster. The white enamel has a few superficial flakes and some scuffs, but no damage that would be easily noticeable. The details of the wreath are well preserved, and some of the original fire gilt finish is visible in its recessed areas as well as reverse of the badge. The screw post is full length, well over 10 mm long. Comes with original screw plate marked "Pobeda Factory, Moscow".
