Badge in Commemoration of the 25th Anniversary of Victory over Germany.

Aluminum, paint. Shows Russian soldier with a rifle, holding red flag and stepping on Nazi German eagle emblem. Excellent condition

Issued to all surviving veterans of WW 2. Although this is a badge rather than a medal by the Soviet classification, this award had a significance of a jubilee medal. /see Borisov "Badges of the Soviet Armed Forces", fig. 149/
