Maksim Gorky, full standing statuette 1975.

In Silumin alloy, measures 11 � " tall. Sculptor's name, "Murzin" and the 1975 date of the casting are shown on the reverse.

Very nice and uncommon rendition of the author generally considered the founder of Soviet literature and originator of Socialist Realism. In very good to excellent condition. Shows age and minor wear to the finish on the plinth; no damage to the statuette itself.
