Aluminum, paint; 42.9 mm tall, 42.7 mm wide. Manufactured in the Soviet Union, this badge has design reminiscent of Soviet Border Guard awards. The reverse shows raised early style maker mark of the Pobeda Factory in Moscow. Engraved in the lower part of the reverse are Cyrillic character "V" and number 1033 - probably referring to the Border Guard unit of the award recipient.

In excellent condition. The paint and details of artwork are well preserved. Comes with original maker marked screw plate.
