Often referred to as "Military Sportsman", this unified sports degree badge replaced the earlier badges specific to the type of sport. There is at least anecdotal evidence that the unifed type was preferred in the Armed Forces and its replacement of the earlier badges became obligatory for the servicemen.

In very fine to excellent condition. The enamel on the star has minor surface wear, practically unnoticeable. Light blemish to the wreath at approx. 1 o'clock, not too detracting. Comes with original maker marked screw plate.
