Medal (Honorary Badge) of Excellent Propagandist of MVD, circa 1980s.

Brass, enamel; medallion is 31.7 mm wide. Note the peculiar attachment of the suspension directly to the eyelet, without the connecting link. Excellent condition, includes original screw plate.

Awarded by decree of the Minister of the Interior for popularizing and promoting Soviet Police and other law enforcement agencies through works of art, cinematography and literature.
