Aluminum, paint; 28.0 x 20.7 mm. Marked "ЭТК" (Experimental Creativity Workshop, Moscow) in raised letters on the reverse. In excellent condition.

This is an example of one of the early police anniversary badges (later, they became more numerous and elaborate).
