Medal measures 34 mm wide. In excellent conditon with an unblemished obverse and only minor scratching on the otherwise blank reverse. The presentation box is specific for this award. Measures 82mm x 138mm x 23mm, sound but with minor soiling. The ribbon bar is 15mm x 40mm with a 14mm device that repeats the pendant's design.

While this order would seem to be a civilian award, it could sometimes be seen being worn by military personnel. Only 9516 were awarded.
