Honored Border Guard, 1960s issue.

Aluminum, paint. Medallion is 29 mm wide, 39 mm tall (incl. the eyelet). Made in the Soviet Union: very uncharacteristically, the reverse of the suspension device bears an inscription in Russian "Made in the USSR".
