Beside a few tiny marks - practically unnoticeable considering the size of the flag - and some minor red ink smudges on the hoist sleeve, the flag is perfectly clean, free of significant stains or soiling.

This flag is one of the last made in the USSR before its collapse at the end of 1991. An interesting conversation piece, it will create a great backdrop for a naval or Cold War militaria collection.
