The size is continental standard 6" x 4", postally unused and unmarked, published by the Soviet Artist Publishing House, Moscow, circulation unknown. The artwork is an offset print of a 1965 painting by V. Sokolov, depicting denizens of a Russian village happily hosting a troop of Red Army cavalry.

In excellent condition: no wear but minuscule corner bumps.

This is yet another Orwellian pearl of Soviet propaganda depicting the unity of the Russian peasantry and the Bolshevik Red Army during the Russian Civil War.
