This is a very rare publication of Stalin "explaining" the New Economic Policy to the leaders of regional communist party organizations, performing as the Party leader while Lenin was still nominally in charge of the party and the country.
In very good to excellent condition. The binding and rear cover have been replaced, and the booklet is structurally sound. The front cover shows traces of glue in the upper left-hand corner, probably from a removed library tag, and

In very good to excellent condition. The binding and rear cover have been replaced, and the booklet is structurally sound. The front cover shows traces of glue in the upper left-hand corner, probably from a removed library tag, and a spot of stripped upper layer of the cover in the center. There is also minor wear to the corners and edges, and to the head and foot of the spine. The internal pages have a faint water stain at the upper right-hand corner, not obscuring any text. The paper is nicely age-toned, the text is crisp and clear. The title page and the last page with the index show several inventory stamps of libraries, including that of the two-year course at the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Uzbekistan.
