In good condition. The wear to the cover is moderate, the first two internal pages show moderate water stains and soiling; the rest of the pages are much cleaner. Page 3 has a cut at the top, not reaching the binding staples. The staples are slightly rusted but strong and tight. All the entries are clear and legible; the ID photo is well-developed, in sharp focus and clean. The wear adds a lot of character to the document; it will display very well in a collection of WW2 memorabilia.
