Original (empty!) box of Lemmik ("Favorite") cigarettes, Estonian SSR, circa 1950s - 1960s.
In laminated cardboard, measuring 117 x 98 x 19 mm, manufactured by the "Leek" Tobacco Factory, Tallinn, Estonian SSR; capacity 25 cigarettes. As seen in the picture on the lid, these were the so-called "Russian cigarettes" - filled with tobacco up to about half-length with a long hollow cardboard mouthpiece.
In very good to excellent condition. The box is structurally sound, the laminate is free of any significant wear or damage, showing just minor age-toning and soiling. The lid fits perfectly on the bottom when closed. The handwritten notations on the bottom are in lead pencil
