**Postcard Latvian Border Guard A. Usas, artist identified on verso, 1969.**

The size is continental 6" x 4", postally unused and unmarked, published by The Soviet Artist Publishing House, circulation unknown. The artist's name, V. Yezdakov, is printed in the lower left-hand corner on the verso. The artwork is an offset print of Yezdakov's 1965 oil-on-canvas painting.

In excellent condition, showing barely noticeable storage wear to the verso and minuscule corner bumps.
