The size is continental 6" x 4", unmailable without a cover, published by The Soviet Artist Publishing House, circulation 25,000 copies, very low by Soviet standards. The artist's name, A. Gerasimov, is printed in the lower left-hand corner on the verso. The artwork is an offset print of Gerasimov's large oil-on-canvas painting, an official portrait of Klement Voroshilov, one of the first five Marshals of the Soviet Union and a close friend of Stalin, as much as Stalin was capable of friendship.
In excellent condition, showing just barely noticeable traces of shelf wear
