The size is continental 6" x 4", postally unused and unmarked. Published by The Soviet Artist Publishing House, Moscow. Circulation 33,000 copies, very small by Soviet standards. The artist's name, R. Tagirov, is printed in the lower left-hand corner on the verso. The artwork is an offset print of Tagirov's 1960 painting.
In excellent condition, showing just a small reddish stain to the verso, irrelevant on that side of the postcard.

Rem Tagirov (Рем Касимович Тагиров, 1933 - 1996) was a Soviet artist of Udmurt ethnicity, master of graphic arts of some renown, graduate of the Kazan Art School and the Moscow Surikov Institute of Fine Arts; member of the Artists Union of the Russian Federation.
