Award Document for the Medal for the Defense of Moscow, Series Sh #017315, issued on 27 April 1945 to Petr Goryushkin (Петр Федорович Горюшкин).

The document shows an ink stamp of the 217th Rifle Division and is hand-signed by its commander Col. Grigoryan.

Excellent condition, outstanding for a wartime issue. The document shows only a normal age toning, no foxing, stains or soiling. The pages are firmly attached and sound. There is a very minor amount of wear to the outer edges but no tears or separations along the fold.
