The pendant is in brass, "cold" enamels, and lacquer; measures 43.4 mm in height, 38.3 mm in width; overall height with suspension is approx. 60 mm. The suspension is in anodized aluminum. Excellent condition. The lacquer finish and enamel are perfect. Slight tarnish on the reverse, not detractive. The original ribbon is sound and clean.

Just like its 1976 predecessor, the 60th Anniversary Honorary Badge was the highest award of the DOSAAF after its establishment. Although made 10 years later, it is actually of nicer quality than the 50th Anniversary Badge.
