Brass, enamels; 30.8 x 26.7 mm. Raised mint mark "MMD" (Moscow mint) on the reverse. Very nice early quality.
Very fine condition. The enamel retains a beautiful appearance and luster. There are a couple of tiny, barely noticeable surface chips to the red enamel at the lower edge. The white enamel is nearly perfect, having only some microscopic contact marks and a couple of minuscule hairlines under one of the wings. The gilt finish on the wings and wreath is well-preserved and bright. The screw post is full length, nearly 8 mm, and includes an original screw plate with mi
