Inside, the ID certifies that Andrey Yeremenoko was a deputy of the Novosibirsk Regional Council representing the Tulinskiy electoral district # 33. The ID bears the seal of the Council and is hand-signed by its chairman and executive secretary. Yeremenko's ID photo is validated by the same seal.
