In very good condition. The front cover shows some whitish stains towards the bottom. The back cover has major dark stains. The binding staples are rather rusted; the top staple still holds the booklet together. Both can be easily replaced, if desired, and probably should be. The ID photo, and all printed and handwritten textual material, as well as seals and signatures are crisp, clear, and perfectly legible. Overall, the ID presents quite well, and can make a nice addition to a collection of pre-WW2 Soviet memorabilia.
