In very good condition. The fold lines show tiny separations at the edges. The edges show minimal wear. The paper is slightly wrinkled. The obverse is free of any significant soiling; the graphics, printed and handwritten text, seal and signature are vibrantly bright, crispy and perfectly legible. The upper half of the verso is mildly age-toned due to being on the outside when the certificate was folded in four.
This is an extremely rare document, much more rare than the badge itself, especially considering its wartime issue. The first one we have come across in decades.
