The diploma is in booklet format measuring 4 ½" x 6", in dark-blue oilcloth-wrapped hard covers. It certifies that Vasil Dolgorma had completed a full course of studies of the Lesgaft Institute of Physical Culture, and was approved by the State examination committee for work as a teacher of physical education and sports. The diploma bears the hand signatures of the Chairman of the examination commission, Rector of the Institute, and secretary. The transcript states the years of attendance, 1960-65, and lists the amount of hours attended for each subject and the final grades Vasil Dolgor

Both the diploma and transcript are in excellent condition, no significant wear inside or out. Traditionally, handwritten entries in diplomas and transcripts were made using Indian ink, and remain vibrantly black.
