Measures 3 ¼" x 4 ¼", in oilcloth-bound soft cover. Printed by NKO, the People's Commissariat of Defense, in 1939. According to the ID, Lomanov was born in 1913 in the Sudzha District, Kursk Region. Conscripted into RKKA in 1932, served in the 10th Cavalry Regiment, discharged to Reserve in 1934. In 1940, Lomanov was drafted back into RKKA as a combat engineer private. There is no record in the booklet beyond 1940.

The paper around the photo and on the opposite space of the next page is slightly discolored, not very intrusive to the eye. The photo has a few wrinkles but is clear and in sharp focus.
