In very good to excellent condition. The cover is mostly clean, showing slight discoloration to the front due to light exposure, and a couple of small ink stains to the back. The top 35% or the spine shows a separation, however, the booklet is firmly held together by the binding staple which is tight and rust-free. The internal pages show minuscule corn
