In very good condition. The wear near the edges and corners, which includes wrinkles, small rips and creases does not obscure any text and for the most part does not even reach it. The paper is somewhat brittle and moderately age-toned. All the text is crisp, clear and perfectly legible. If desired, reinforcement of the edges with library tape on the verso is entirely possible.
