Group of Airmen and Civilians Near a Large WW1-Era Biplane on a Winter Day, circa early 1920s.
Measures approx. 4 ¾" x 3 ¾", printed on thin semi-gloss photo paper. The group includes airmen in winter flight gear, and civilians, probably aviation technicians. The man in the center, wearing a long leather overcoat with a fur collar, is leaning against the biplane's wheel. Note that the biplane is unusually big for WW1-era aircraft.
In good condition. The paper is very slightly wrinkled, mostly at the corners from being inserted into picture holder slits in a photo album, and shows a combination of negative and printing defects. The verso is unmarked and mostly clean.
