In excellent condition. The portrait is pristine, slight discoloration along the edges of the frame are probably due to exposure to light. Slight creases at the corners are barely noticeable and not detractive. The verso is only slightly soiled. The paper stickers are intact, and the lettering and graphic on them are crisp and clear. The ink of the oath is bright.
