Published by the USSR Ministry of Communications, circulation mere 50,000 copies, very low by Soviet standards. The postcard was made in 1960, pre-reform, and bears the ink stamp in the lower right-hand corner on the verso stating "From 1/1/1961, the price is 2 kopeks" next to the preprinted pre-reform price of 20 kopeks. The photographer's name, M. Arutyunov, is printed at the bottom of the verso.

In very good to excellent condition. The obverse has a partly smeared postal cancellation stamp and another, very faint, stain at the bottom. The wear is not too obvious or detractive. The verso is quite clean, the ink of the message is vibrant and not faded.
