Tbilisi Electric Locomotive Factory, Commemorative Badge, circa 1970s-80s.
In brass with silver finish, 34.6 x 27.5 mm. Very well-made piece of heavy construction. The inscription is in Russian and Georgian languages. Excellent condition.
The badge is not a typical souvenir that could be purchased in a Soyuzpechat kiosk. It was apparently issued to veteran workers and management of the plant, possibly in commemoration of an anniversary of the enterprise.
Please note, the penny in our photo is for size reference.
