The brass suspension has the same ribbon as the Medal for the Defense of Leningrad. Albeit a post-Soviet issue, this badge is very much in style of similar Soviet-era veteran badges and if anything, better made than most of those.

Excellent condition. This commemorative award can be a nice addition to the collection that already includes a WW2 Medal for the Defense of Leningrad.
